Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Upgrades can also be applied immediately on request.
What is the minimum contract period?
Our standard contract runs for 12 months with monthly billing. We also offer flexible month-to-month options for an additional fee. Enterprise contracts are individually negotiated.
What happens if I exceed my server limit?
We will notify you before you reach your limit. Additional servers can be added individually or you can upgrade to the next plan. We never shut down services without prior notice.
